Hello everyone. Any advice would be appreciated. Shot a wedding last night. Used two SanDisk 2 GB cards. Came home and downloaded the first card with my Lexar Firewire Compactflash reader. No problems. When I went to do the second card, I tried to open one of the files and it would not open. My computer said the file was corrupted. So I took the card out from the reader and put it back in the camera and it reads no images. I put it back in the flash reader and it says no images. What happened and what are my options?

Thank you.

Try Photorescue, located at this site: http://www.datarescue.com/photorescue/

There's a free demo which shows you the pictures that it can recover, the you can choose to pay of it. I just read about somone else on another forum who had the same problem with a 20D and Sandisk card. Photorescue recovered all of the files. Guess I'll stick with Kingston...

Wowsers. Did you try the slow IFC-400PCU USB Cable? Or maybe a USB card reader? What about another computer? I hope jamison55's suggestions helped. Man, I hope you recover your photos.
