A95 No Memory Card error

My husband downloaded some pictures from our A95 this afternoon. After disconnecting the camera, he swapped out the CF card. When he turned on the camera it said No Memory Card. We have tried all the memory cards we have (including the 32 meg Canon card) and we keep getting the No Memory Card error. We checked the owner's manual and Canon's website and followed the advise of trying more than one memory card and taking out the batteries. Still no luck. Any suggestions?

I got the same error within a month of purchasing this camera. The only solution I could get out of calling support was that they may need to mend something. I had to insure and mail the equipment back to canon.

The CANON service was Fantastic.

I received an acknowledgement of the problem and acknowledgement of receipt of camera immediately.

I received a mail with problem diagnosis and estimate of repair time within a day of CANON receiving my equipment.

I received my camera back functioning well within a week and am back to happily clicking away.
