Canon A95 video/movie mode

Is there some way of making the file size of video shot with the A95, smaller so it can be sent as an e-mail?
I shot about 40 seconds worth of video with the A95 and the file size of this video is approx. 12 MBS.
This file is too big for me to send as a e-mail using my Internet service provider.
Is there someway this file can be compressed either using an option on the camera itself or some other method on the computer?
My operating system is home XP and I have Windows Media Player version 10.

ThanksThe best way is to convert the file from the AVI format to MPEG. The resulting MPEG file will be much smaller. There are about a dozen of these converters out there, most under $30.00 and most offering a free trial. Just do a Google seach on AVI to MPEG conversion and start reading...
