Does anyone know if the fz 20 works with the iPod camera connector? It's not in the list on the Apple site...
What are the alternatives to an iPod photo for backing up SD cards when you don't have access to a PC?
thanks

I am pretty sure I have heard of people using an Ipod with the FZ cameras.

Here is a page of various devices I use a Vosonic XDrive

Thanks Gene.
I've just seen that there's a long thread on various stockage solutions elsewhere.
I would still be reassured to see the Panasonic mentioned on Apple's compatibility list, and therefore be sure that you can actually view the photos once you've uploaded them...

thanksI have a non-photo iPod, and on my recent Ecuadorian trip, I took it along with a Belkin "Media Reader for iPod," which set me back about $100. The reader runs on AAA batteries, accepts SD cards and CF cards, plugs into the iPod's interface socket, and basically lets you transfer photos. I came home with ~4GB of photos stored on the iPod, which by then had become my most valuable piece of luggage! The iPod is also kind of handy at playing music, when you're not using it as a disk drive!
