When i take pictures from time to time, i get these black dots... anyone know what to do? what's the problem and all?

i circled the area with the black dot
then later on that day, took another picture and it got this.

i had this happen to me before, i took it to Best Buy's Geek Squad and they said they fixed it and it still comes up. anyone know how to fix this or clear it up? Any suggestions for this? Please Help..
