Thanks Sarah, I think what I like most about macro is the detail you mention, detail that we so often overlook in everyday life [or eating] but that the camera freeezes so well. Can't wait till autumn and the horse chestnuts are available - all those lovely colours.

No chocolate coating on these but it is food for thought. I was hoping to buy some nuts in their shells - but they must be out of season.
