Has anyone checked the movie in this way.
Normal light. Zoom forward and backward two or three times in a silent room.
Listen back with camera or computer with medium-high level.
Is your USM motor silent or not?
If yes, how noisy?

I can hear the zoom. It isn't loud, but I can hear it. It sounds like a wheel spinning or something, and sometimes I get a little sqeaking sound like it could use some oil.
