Fuji S20 Pro ?

What do you think about Fuji S 20 Pro?
Is there any better camera on the market for this money?
It has many features (manual settings, RAW format, excellent video), but only 3MP matrix. In general, it's enough for me, but maybe there's something better...
I want a camera with good image quality, CF or SD card memory, and it would better if it will have AA batteries power. It does'nt need to be compact - quality is more important.
Maybe I'd buy Canon G5, but, as I've understood, it has very slow focus, and that's bad :(

Why buy the S20 Pro when you can get the S7000 with almost all the same manual controls and twice the resolution for less money? From what I've read, the dual pixel arrangement of the SuperCCD SR doesn't offer much improved picture contrast, and I'm very happy with my S7000...
