How to Remove Battery Cover: A80??

I've got a Canon A80 that has a broken battery cover. I've obtained a replacement cover, but my problem is the replacement part didn't come with instructions on how to remove/replace the piece. In calling Canon, they said I had to send it off to a service center if I didn't know how to do it :(

Anyone know what the process is or how I could obtain the directions?
