Slideshow with picture and sound of a digital camera

With my SONY DSC-P92 cybershot I can take pictures with accompanied sound (called voice mode).

But how to replay it on a PC, still image and sound at the same time?
I have two files with the same name, e.g. DSC02391.JPG and DSC02391.wav.

Is there any viewer that plays them both synchronized?
(I don’t want to create a slideshow video first)

I had a similar problem with my parent’s camera. I got them Pinnacle Studio and added the pictures and sound to the picture and previewed them on that. Once they were happy I created the final movie.

I also had a version Adobe Premiere which you could do something similar, but it is expensive. I made a movie in it and added the picture and then the sound and saved them out as a movie file. Takes time but it works.
