They're not listed in RIPE - the European service registry, which is where I'd expect them to be. On that basis I'd say they're probably up to no good.

The European domain register. If it's a European site and it's registered somewhere other than in RIPE, it could be a scam site like that well-known one from New York that changes its name and offers cameras at "below cost price", shipped directly from Helsinki (while the site's registered with stolen credit cards in various different locations in the US and Canada).

There are quite a few domain registry services. RIPE covers the EU. ARIN covers Asia and the Pacific. These are the main services. There're about half a dozen to cover the whole world.

The website is pretty much a simple template based site, they don't provide good direct contact information, and not listed with RIPE as Rhys mentioned... I would stay away from it rather than lose your money.

I have paid in advance for a canon EOS 350D by net2com.de since may and as I received nothing, I asked net2com to send my money back. I am still waiting for my money.
Are there other people in the same situation ? I thought, we could intend something together against this company.
By the way, is ther someone nearby salzwedel in germany who could go to the adress of the company.

I too have been scammed and would be interested in putting pressure on them. Is there any way of stopping the main searchers i.e pricerunner, dealtime etc from picking them up?

I've ordered and paid for 2 TV's over 3 month ago.
Have received nothing.
Thy don't answer calls. Or emails.
I've paid them in advance over 3000 EURO :(

So I want to warn all on the net, all shops that link to them.
All that have anything to do whit them thy are cheating costumers.

So be aware www.net2com.de scam, cheaters, will not pay, will not send what you paid for!

I have to day, made a complaint to my bank, asking them to get my money back.
I have called my lawyer, and we are preparing a low suit against them.

I was scammed by this company in January this year. I have sued the company and my "Gerichtstermin" in Salzvedel is next month. Two days ago I could still log on to the site (as a customer ...) today the site is gone. I will go to the Police first thing Monday Morning.:eek:

Hello All,
I have also been fleeced by Net2Com. I ordered a Canon Ixus800is in June for 350 euros and despite email exchanges (very friendly on their part, I might add) have neither received the camera nor seen my money again. I noticed today that the site no longer exists. I would also be interested in chasing up my money, but don't hold great hopes that I will get it.
An internet search came up with the following info which might be relevant for proceedings:

i almost got all my money back.
he owe med 3000 EUR
im only missing 500 Eur now.

but i had to tell him we would come to Berlin and kick his ass.
and it would cost him 2000 EUR if we had to drive down there.

Please note this was not bull shit!
We are still ready to drive down there if the last of our money is not send.

i recommend all of you to drive there, if you are not to far away.
Take a baseball bat whit you, and just hit him from the waist down.

What can he do call the police ? and say what?

I am living in Finland and i have one more same kind of case here. I have paid BenQ MP620 beamer to the net2com shop for about 4 months ago and I still haven´t got any money back or got the beamer.

I have done announcementfor the local (Finnish) police 2 months ago, and also my Friend has been visited on that address on Salzwedel but he didn´t find anything from there.

Also i have been contacted 4eins GmbH and it is only a service provider for the netsite, every payment has came normally for them from Maik Penzel.

Now, i hope someone from Germany can contact to local police and do announcement from that company.

Still everyone, please remember that LAW are behind criminals! One hit for the criminal with an baseball bat and you are screwed deeply yourself! This is the way here in Finland i think.

Any new information from Mike Penzel and Net2Com are welcome!

When the could'nt deliver, I asked to pay my money back.
