c-5500 battery life......

anyone have any info on what type of battery life i can expect from the c-5500, also in terms of performance , how would it rank against the sony dsc-w1, thanks for all your answers

with normal alkalines....the camera can burn threw those (with heavy usage) in maybe like 6 hours.....i have yet to try any of the lithum batterys with it though.
