Buydig shipping times

I've heard people on this site and elsewhere refer to buydig's shipping times as "fast."

Does that mean that they come faster than advertised? Is it worth paying the extra $5 for the 3-5 shipping option as opposed to the 7-10 option?

Of course, I want this camera NOW!!!, but there is no way I'm going to pay $28 or $43 for shipping...

I think it might depend on where you live. They are based in the midwest, and I live in michigan. I bought my Fuji S5100 from them, got the cheapest, standard shipping, and it came 4 days later.

thanks, Kevin. I just placed the order and chose the 3-5 shipping option, against my better judgment.

FYI, I had a problem with their new member registration on the website and had to place the order by phone. The guy I spoke to didn't try to get me to buy an extended warranty or anything, but he did purposefully misquote prices to me. Example:

Sales Guy: And what shipping do you want on that?
Me: I'd like the 3-5 day shipping
Sales Guy: Okay, the 3-5 day shipping for $19.95
Me: No, it's supposed to be $17.95
Sales Guy: Okay, the 3-5 day shipping for $17.95

And he did the same thing with one of the other items I ordered, which I found pretty damn annoying.

Now I've got my fingers crossed that the order will arrive on time and without a problem....

I paid standard shipping for my D70 + bunch of other stuff. Came a day earlier than expected. 4 days. Don't bother for priority. Its really not worth it.

I Made 1 purchase with Buydig. A Canon Rebel Ti film camera. Chose the standard shipping and it arrived here in california in 2 days. Did the order by phone to make sure item was in stock and ready to ship.
