Timed Photos

I have an Olympus D-395--after moving, I seem to have lost my instructions. Does anyone know how to take timed photos? Is there a timer, so that I can set it up and then hop into the picture?

Marcia, In the future you will get a quicker answer by going to the Olympus board (not dSLR). This board is generally for digital Single Lens Reflex camera users, so it's unlikely that people reading this board will answer.
