Does anyone know how to make a fill reflector or where can I buy one?

Do you mean the reflector that's clip on the flash, or a big, hand-held one?

the hand held one I guess.

Anything that reflects light back on the subject can be used as a reflector. White foam core board from your local craft shop does a great job. I have also used the silver shades that you put in the windshield of a car effectively. If you want to buy a "real" reflector, however, the best deals are on EBay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=79009&item=7503323711&rd=1

I have made several reflectors of various sizes using the foil(mylar) side of a space blanket. The biggest advantage is that they are cheap and are very small to carry. I have use clamps and tape to secure them and various materials for frames. small diameter plastic hose from Home Depot makes a decent rigid frame.
