Nikon 2200 x Minolta X20 ?

Hello to all!

I need your advice on choosing either the coolpix 2200 or the minolta X20. Both have similar price tags here in Brazil, not sure wich one has better picture quality, modes, etc...
I greatly appreciate your help!

The Minolta is smaller. If I'm right, the X20 takes AA batteries, as does the 2200. Personally, I would tend to go for the smaller Minolta although Jeff has reviewed both and found the Minoltas in general suffer a little from darkened corners at wider focal lengths.

I'm wondering why you would wish to have 2 megapixels as opposed to 3 though.

Hi there!

I already own a Canon A80 and this would be as a second camera. I won´t be printing any larger than 4x6´. I wonder about picture quality between these two.
