Need to move to digital

We travel and would like to convenience of an ultra compact.

This would be my first digital camera, but have good computer experience. I really like the Canon SD 200. But all the talk of E18 errors are scaring me off.

I'm not sure I understand your statement, but the 20D is not an ultra compact.

btw, I've had one since December. I've never had any E18 error messages on mine.

A SD200 new model September 21st, 2005.
E18 error = Camera useless, lens frozen $ 150.00 to fix + no support from Canon
