Anyone know what the deal is with Cameta Camera and Olympus Factory Demo?

Just want to start out by saying this is the most helpful digital camera forum I've found, a lot of great information. Thanks all.

I want to buy a Olympus E-1 with 14-54mm lens and was looking on e-bay, found Cameta Camera selling a lot of Olympus Factory Demo E-1's. Going price $1025, $1075, $1100.00. Copied the below from there auction.

Anyone had any dealings with Cameta Camera, how do they get so many demos?
Any opinions on Olympus Factory Demos?
Do you think Olympus is trying to unload some of the E-1's before the E-1 (E-3 ?) replacement comes out?

What is an Olympus Factory Demo?

In most cases a Olympus Factory Demo is a camera that has been used as a Olympus display piece or as a "Salesman's Sample". They have never been owned by a consumer and have minimal to no use. Each camera is individually checked and tested before it is shipped to us from Olympus. Where some may have small marks or slight imperfections in the finish, it is important to note that the camera is in brand new operating condition and is covered by Cameta Camera's warranty for one full year on all parts and labor.

Cameta Camera is an authorized Olympus America Dealer.
Cameta Camera supplies a full one-year warranty on the Olympus E1 and lens.
