Im really a begginer at this.. and i dont think i'll gonna pring pictures in poster sizes.. but maybe ill edit some in photoshop and stuff like that..
Generally it will be used as a family camera, shooting mostly views and people.
Will i notice the difference between 3.2 and 4.2 MP? or it does'nt matter?
Which camera do you think i should buy considering they cost the same?

Since you're not going to print large pictures, get the Powershot A510. It has way more manual controls, features and supports conversion lenses unlike the Nikon. The Powershot A510 also has 4x optical zoom which reduces the amount of cropping required for the pictures.

You really need to use the A510 before recommending it. I mean really use it especially in flash mode with people, and review the pictures. If you are assuming that it is as good or better than the A75 you might be in for a bit of a let down. If you have never used the A75 then maybe the A510 would be acceptable.

I haven't used the A510 before but I'm just comparing it to the Nikon 4100 based on what I know about the cameras. The A510's 4x optical zoom can reduce cropping required but not tremendously though.

I got my Ixus 100 in Y2K and have printed out many pictures I took with it. Usually A4 size on photo paper and no larger. Same with my Ixus 500 now - When I think I want to print out a photo, I shoot the photo at 3 or 2 MP size.
