flash query

hi everyone

can anyone tell me if the onboard flash can be reduced in power for fill in flash
use. also to enable use of a slave as main flash.

It can be reduced
Push the exposure button and then the up arrow on the jog dial, I think twice and then use the right or left arrow to change.

Your slave flash has got to be for a digital camera or you need a sync that costs as much as the flash itsself. Digital cameras fire 1 or two flashes before the main flash and you need a slave that can ignore those preflashes.

thanks i will try that, was it in the manual seem to have missplaced mine

i have ordered 1 of the above, i find the onboard powerful enough for frontal shots so was just looking for a slave for creativity.
