View Full Version : DSC 770 LCD screen toast

I have a D770, and the LCD screen stopped working. I can see the screen light up somewhat, but the picture does not show. I am replacing the camera with a Canon DSLR, but wanted to check if anyone knew if there is an easy fix for this prob. before I junked it.

Backlight for the LCD has burned out. It will probably cost you $100-$200 to replace the LCD and backlight. Not too horrible considering that it's an old but nice camera.
