can I stack?

I have the FZ20 and the pemaraal PD62 adapter plus TCon 14B lens I now also have the TCon 17 lens and the pemaraal PD55adapter. Is it possible to stack thse two lenses and if so how do I do it?. also can anyone tell me what the picture zoom and quality would be

You can stack those two lens, What you need to do is get a 77 mm filter and remove the glass and that will fit into the end of the tcon17 and then get a 77 to 62mm stepdown ring to thread into that which you can screw the 14B into. You may then after trying the combo epoxy the 77mm filter to the Tcon17 maybe not because it really is a tight fit.
I just ordered the 77mm to 62mm stepdown ring, when I get it I can post some pictures if your still interested. I swore I had that ring but I can not find it.
