Boy, I go off the grid for 12 hours and we get the biggest spam invasion in years. Did I miss any? Is so, please flag it again and I'll remove it.
Thanks,
Jeff

Seems to be focused in the Casio forum but I have flagged one appearing in General Digital Photography Chat.

Wow, we got hit REALLY hard. Probably 6000+ spam posts in 24 hours. In addition to the obvious spam, there was a bunch of new registrations with spam links in their signatures that I had to delete. After that, the search index had to be reindexed, which takes many hours. Gmail.com is banned right now, since that's what many of the spammers were using, and I've banned a bunch more IP addresses.
Thanks for your patience. This stuff drives me nuts!

You had better change something on your regestration page as they are back again.

Looks like you fixed it now Jeff well done and thanks. It's just beyond me what the spammers gain from this sort of thing.

There was one user who i didn't catch who went on a 500+ post spamming spree. Those posts are gone now. Installing an extension to vB to hopefully keep them from registering in the first place.

Let them know and they might be able to do something about the IP addresses those spammers rode in on.
