picassa question

I have downloaded picassa 2 multiple times now and cant figure out why it wont work. It says that its completed but then when i try and open it nothing happens. I'm stummped and was wondering if anyone can tell what the problem is.

I had no problems. What version of Windows are you running? Did you try looking at the Google/Picassa help?
