Look at the Canon S1 IS and A95, and the Nikon 5400. If you live in the U.S., the 5400 has a $200 rebate, and is selling around $400.

As already mentioned, the Canon A95 has a rotating LCD. Don't know what your other requirements might be, but I have an A95 and am very pleased with it. One of the reasons I bought it was because of the tilt/swivel LCD.
In addition to the already mentions Nikon CoolPix 5400, the 8400, 8700, 8800, and the recently discontinued but still in many stores 5700 all have similar tilting/rotating rear LCD displays. Such things are extremely useful in many situations, but the associated hinge mech. adds some bulk. As a result, you will not usually find the feature on the more compact mass-market models.

Thank's for your help!
I also found Kodak Easy share one with 3,0" LCD!!!!!!
You can use it as a photo album...
If any one of you happen to find another camera with rotate LCD please inform me!!
Do you know anything about Samsung V-70? It's a cheap camera with manual settings (of course not as good as a Cannon A-95 or a Penrax 750Z!!)
And PhilR. i living in Grecce...
