Can anybody tell me how to access the shutter count on an EOS 1D? I've seen cameras listed with an exact count and seen other posts saying it can't be done, which I find hard to believe. Thanks for your time....Ed.

edit...actually, it looks like it says it doesn't work for 1d cameras. sorry.

I think photome software can do that. It makes list of about 3 billion things included in the exif/meta data.
