Nikon F401 conversion ?

I'm a happy f401 user. However is it possible to buy a digital back, and thereby convert it to a digital camera ?

I can't speak for your camera, but I recall several years ago talking to one of my friends that's a newspaper photographer. He mentioned that "something" was available (more than likely for the Canon cameras), but the cost was more than buying a new digital. I haven't seen anything on it other than what he told me. I'll agree with his comment that it's probably cheaper just to buy a digital.
