I visited a Samsung show room a few days ago and had an opportunity to try this camera. I was rather impressed actually. The EVF was very nice and bright with plenty of information. The main LCD is gorgeous. It's got a dedicated AF lamp. The weight seemed just right and the construction very solid with a nice grip. It seemed less fragile than the Olmypii Pen series (with perhaps the EPL-1 as the exception). The lenses on offer were the 30mm (f2) pancake and 18 to 55mm. Samsung have also announced several new lenses here (http://www.dcresource.com/news/newsitem.php?id=4097). In addition, it seems as if a k-mount adapter will become available.
On the down side, the flash didn't seem very powerful and I didn't see any "slow-sync" feature. No in-body IS. Proprietary battery. It's also a totally new lens system.
I've been looking for something compact to replace my aging Fuji. I do think that something compact and lighter will encourage me to shoot more. The Pentax K-x has also been on my list and though its much more feature rich, its weight with batteries ~600g is a bit of a put off.
I have a strange feeling that the NX10 has a bright future. What do you think of the NX10?
