I currently have a Ricoh RDC-5000 and really considering the Sony DSC-P200. Is is worth it for this upgrade or should I be looking for something with much more improvement.
The main reason I'm looking for a different camera is because my current Ricoh eats up 4 AA batteries like it is crack. I can't stand it. The sony uses a battery back which I love my Camcorder a Sony TRV-950 also uses a battery pack and it makes it a million times easier to use and monitor battery without worry about it going out. I also like the Sony because of its size. My current camera is fairly big and not eaisly fitting into a pocket without a huge buldge.
Beyond that, I'm looking for a camera that will give me improved picture quality as will as overall better than what I currently have.
