Scrapbooking software?

My wife is a scrapbooker and I'm looking for a decent user friendly scrapbooking program for her.

LumaPix Fotofusion. Its an excellent program. There are 3 versions and im guessing the basic would suit your wife perfectly.

Sweet that's the program I was leaning towards. Seems like it keeps popping up as the one to get.
