Getting a certain style in Illustrator

Can someone help me out with how to do this kinda popular graphic/colorful style in illustrator?

Thats alot of brushes and overlays.

Theres a cloud background blended ontop of some colorful blotches, with the stripes and then a whole lot of brushes for the white things / leafs etc.

This is very much more graphical designer, then photographer though, in my opinion.

i completely agree that this is more graphic designer than photographer, but i try to get a little experience in as many fields as possible cuz you never know when you could mix styles a little bit and come up with some interesting new stuff. same thing i do with my music.

i was thinking of maybe trying this with some advertising photography
