Nikon or Olympus?

Which is the best company and value for dollar.

Mainly the Nikon Coolpix 3700 and Olympus Stylus 300. Both 3.2MP cams. Im focusing on these two mainly cause I got offers for them 2nd hand. Nikon for $190 with 256MB card or Olympus for $110.

I heard Olympus isnt very good????????

Wow! I'd never heard anyone say Olympus isn't a good camera co. In fact, I've heard just the opposite, that they're one of the classic, tried & true, quality companies.
Because you're buying 2nd hand, I would think your decision would have little to do with camera companies, but things like condition, age, etc. would be your primary concerns.
