Canon tends to put noise reduction on even at iso 80. If you zoom in 100%, you can see noise reduction eat away at details. Though I don't mind this on a point and shoot, it gets annoying because they even show up on DSLRs in iso 80. sorry, don't know how to make it smaller

I've never seen anyone shoot at iso 80 on a dSlr, its either 50 or 100.
And aside from a normal AA filter they put litterally ontop of the sensor, most of the NR, can be turned off.

That's not noise reduction. That's digital zoom, which you have set to 4X.

How did you know it was digital zoom? Because it was at full zoom. Can I get away from this if I buy a dslr? Or is it present in any digital zoom? tell me more

It says so in the EXIF, the data which is attached to every image you take with your camera. The information stores all the settings you have used, for instance apperture, shutterspeed, ISO, zoom and also the digital zoom.
If you turn of digital zoom, you won't have the artifacts, but you cannot zoom in as far. Instead you can crop the image a bit on the computer.
