Compare and contrast Lumix ZS3 and Canon SX200

I am somewhat torn between the Lumix ZS3 and the Canon SX200.

Please offer advice on what you like/dislike about each.

My biggest complaint with the ZS1/ZS3 cameras is their wimpy built-in flash unit.

And the ZS1/3 doesn't have manual controls. If you don't plan on using manual controls, and you aren't going to be using it in low light a lot, I think the Panasonic is the better option. You should also compare these to the Fuji F70 and Sony H20.
