Lenses for A85

I have a canon 2.4x lens for my a85 - it works well but not too much zoom. I am thinking of buying an Opteka 3x Professional tele - anyone have any experience of quality etc of this lens - Also what lenses/adapters do I need to go to 10x zoom. I have the canon but it is only 4x
