First one is really nice...cute!!!

I don't like the Tint in the second one...makes the noise showing up on the face look like bruises or something....

hehehe....I think that's the side effect of hanging out too much at the local forum where everyone feeds their ego by critiquing other peoples shot.... :rolleyes:

Wondering....what ISO were these shot at?? I seem to like the way the noise looks in the first one...Also was there any flash in these shots cause there is some bright light relfecting in his eyes....

These were at ISO800 but I neglected to double-check my FEC (which means yes I was using flash) so they were all about one stop under. I neat-imaged the first one but added noise to the 2nd. My B&W conversions also boost the shadows and sometimes that means even more noise than would otherwise be there.

That's pretty much what I was going for. I remember seeing a bunch of old dirty screwed up yellowed pics of myself as a little turd. I know it's not the same as vintage f*cked up film, but it's in that vain.

Nice shots Don. That's one happy kid. And I love the hair. :)
Thanks Pete. He definitely is a happy kid. Smiles ALL the time. Except when mommy walks away of course - then he goes on a crying jag. LOL.
