APS 35mm f/1.8 or 35mm f/2.0

Which one should i get a Nikkor 35mm f/1.8 or 35mm f/2.0?
Will be using it with nikon D90.

One other thing i wanted to ask is Hoya HD worth the upgrade from pro1d clear UV filter to match the 35mm lens?
Or should i look at other brand?

unless you go full frame soon i dont see any reason to buy the 35/2 over the much cheaper 35/1.8. i would be lookign at B+W filters if anything.
