I found a package for a Nikon D40 that was bought in November and hardly used. Here is what comes in this kit.
The lens model is: Nikon DX, AF-S nikkor 55-200mm VR 1:4-5.6G ED
The other lens is: Nikon DX, AF-S NIKOR 18-55mm 1:3 - 5.6G II
Like i said, i will include the case, the extra battery and all the boxes and paperwork.
I Can get this for $450.
What do you think?
Thanks,
Frank

Probably a fair price if specs are correct. Equiptment wise, that is the same setup I have. Good service and over 3000 pictures in 18 months, now looking at upgrading to the D90 or higher.
For contrast, new:
The D40 kit with 18-55 currently sells for the same $450. Add another $150 or so for the 55-200VR. Obviously, this one includes the Nikon warranty (assuming not gray market) and not certain if on used the warranty would transfer.
An earlier statement "if specs are correct" something to be aware of. Around last November (Christmas sales) Nikon ran an "authorized special" that included the 55-200 in the kit. The catch is, on the D40, it was the non VR version of the 55-200 while on the D60 it was the VR version. That is also where I got the $150 from as typically retailers offered the base kit, then $99 more with 55-200 ($150 for D60 with 55-200VR). While I owned my D40 well before that, I purchased the 55-200VR separately, shortly after it was launched. Street price even today for the 55-200VR is a little higher than the $150.
