Killing some time yesterday at the mall I wandered into a Ritz Camera that is obviously nearing the end of its closing down sale. While browsing I overheard the manager telling his staff to prepare new signs because everything that was 10% off would be 20% off in the morning. Spotted an SB-900 at 10% off list price, bringing it pretty much in line with the price at the reliable on-line retailers.
Went back this afternoon and there it was at 20% off: $390 - a full fifty bucks cheaper than I've seen it advertised at any place I would trust to order from - so now it's mine :D
Also picked up a bunch of eneloops, four-packs of AAs were about the same price as most places charge for two-packs :)
Time to start reading up on CLS.
