Are the lenses interchangable between my old Sony A100 and the other newer models. Im looking to buy a 350 or 900 and I wanted to know if my old lenses will work. Thanks anyone who can help
yes they will mount.
how on earth do you find yourself choosing between an a350 and an a900 ?

All Sony DSLRs have the same lens mount (inherited from the Minolta AF mount). However, the A100 has a cropped ("APS-C" size) sensor, whereas the A900 is full frame. So if some of your A100 lenses (you don't say which ones you have) are designed for use only with cropped sensors, they probably won't cover the corners of the frame of the A900.
The A350 has a cropped sensor and should work with all your A100 lenses.

Money...Im a novice at best and the A100 is great for me...for now...but I would like to upgrade. If I go with the 350 its cheaper and my lenses will all work perfect. If anyone wants to give me a 900 let me know.lol

I just upgraded from the a100 to the a350 - higher res (a noticeable difference) and the tilting live view screen did it for me. The live view was a BIG thing for me because I take a lot of low-down shots and didn't want to wrestle with the pricey Sony right angle viewer.

'cancerbeater' ... if you truly want to "upgrade" from the A100, the A700 is the camera to look at.

The A900, while nice, has all sorts of other aspects that have to be respected when investing in it. It is also 3x the cost of the A700 ... and the pay back will most likely not be appreciated by someone just jumping into this.
