Will a Quantaray Tech-10 75-100 lens work properly on a Pentax *ist DL SLR camera?

I see from your other post that you're switching from a Canon film camera, so presumably your lens is in Canon mount. You'll need lenses in Pentax "K" mount.

That said, Quantaray generally makes relatively low-quality lenses. I wouldn't base too much of your decision on that.
