Hi,
Just wanted to show you what the S1 looks like when a petal hood is attached. Bought it through Ebay:

The UV filter works nice, no vignetting with it and none with the hood either. The adapter is METAL :) , and the lens cap, FINALLY, attaches and stays ON!
