Testing front and back focus

Well im really curious about my camera and lense how does perform in focus, so im looking for some good pictures or models that i can print on my A4 photo paper and then that i can use for different tests .

I know i can use any thing to test focus etc... , but im really looking for some more serious things like this sample on this picture :
