Guys need some help.
I told my mother we should try to back up her photos onto a usb storage device, as I have been able to on my panasonic/ pc combination.
Her simple viewer software is version 1.0 and mine is 1.1.
When I click on a photo in my viewer I get the option to open a folder, which is then copyable, but on hers no such thing happens.
So I'm assuming its the different versions in software.
My question is , If I install my software on here pc, do you think we'll lose the existing photos of which there are many.
