I've always loved the 85mm f/1.8 for candid shots in available light. I setup a "head shot" station at a Chicago Strobist meet. This was an Alien Bees AB800, with a beauty dish. Below model was a silver reflector, and camera right was a white reflector for fill.
I asked Nikki to jump in really quick while she was waiting for a hair stylist to finish up on another model. I realized later why I had to shoot at f/13 when the light meter said f/9 - f/10 should work...camera was on ISO 400 from some candid shots I just took. UGGHH! Regardless...still very sharp IMO.
Thanks Nikki! :D
