I ordered a GPS receiver for my camera. Does anyone have experience with smug mug and panoramio and if they automatically read the geodata from the EXIF? I want to be able to just upload and have the images geo tagged with out extra work. Thanks:D

I dont know much about geo-tagging but from what i understand it should be pretty simple to do. How much did u pay for the GPS unit, seems like a fun thing to have but dont think i'd spend much cash on it, imo they should have it in camera.

$150 from B&H, I figure with all my back country trips I hope to do in the next 20 or so years it might be nice to have the geo tagging to know where I took a certain photo when my memory fails... what did I just say?

Yea for that kind of stuff it might be really usefull, i think i'd find it usefull aswell if i wanted to revisit places later or explain to someone else where the photo is taken. 150 is a bit too much for me considering the unit seems pretty big(judging from pics) and considering i dont even own a D90, and prolly wont for quite a while :D but sounds pretty cool, be sure to post some thoughts once you have used it a bit.

Actually if you have ever held a D200 or D300 with a 24-70 or 70-200 you would say the size of the GPS receiver is nothing.
