PowerShot A510 spotted at Best Buy

I couldn't believe they had it before me! Anyhow it's a smaller, just as plastic version of the A75. Very similar operation. They moved the memory card slot (now SD) to the bottom of the camera, which I'm not a huge fan of. Hopefully Canon will send one my way soon for a review.

They just announced it like sometime last week.....can't believe its already in stores.

Wow, all companies should be doing this rather than announcing cameras that don't come out until months later.

I went to Best Buy to try to buy one...they said they'd received 20 or 30 A510s the day before, but somehow they'd all disappeared...they couldn't even track where they went using the computer. The only one they had was the display model...hmmmmmm. Back to waiting like everyone else. :rolleyes:
