Hi guys,
I am currently travelling in Saigon, Vietnam and my camera got stolen. Basically, I want to buy a new digital camera (probably Lumix FS3, IXUS 80 or Olympus MJU1200) around here. However, when I got to a number of shops they all told me none of the camera's would have international warranty. Their English wasn't good enough to explain why.
Does anyone know why none of the cams has international warranty? Is it possible to buy it here and get the warranty some other way. I'm originally from Holland, so int. warranty is really needed.
