Truncated form - can one camera not like a certain memory card while another does ok with it?
Longer story - I have access to three cameras. A poloroid 735 a ge a735 and a kodak v something 12 megapixel. I have had three memory cards, two by pny. The first had no errors in any camera and was re-labeled "polaroid by pny". The second is just PNY and doesn't seem to work in the GE camera but works fine in the other two, and only intermittenly acts up in the GE. The third is Sandisk and so far works in everything.
It's the intermitten nature that is worrying me. How can I be sure it's the card when sometimes it seems to work fine? If it's the GE Camera I need to know now as I'm within warranty, but probably screwed anyway as I can't find the reciept.
What it's doing is occasionally giving me a write error, and when it does that it won't read the card either giving a "picture error" in view mode. I can format it on my PC (the camera won't even do that once the error shows up) and use it again for a little while before it dies. the slow death once more.
