All,

I want to use the B&H referral links to kick a little back to this site, which has been very useful to me.

Question: how persistent is the referral credit? For example, if I follow the link to an item, put the item on my wishlist, and it sits there for some weeks, will dcresource.com still get the appropriate referral credit when I finally buy it?

Or should I follow the link anew when I'm ready to buy?

Thanks,

Reid

A very good question. I think it lasts for a few weeks.

Hmm.... Do you get much out of the referral links? I might out some on my site.

Thanks Jeff. I've just sent them an email to ask about joining the scheme as a merchant.

Jeff, what about click throughs? does the site get any 'credit' for people clicking on a link, or does it just build traffic credit from here, sorry if that doesn't make sense, just wondering.

On a similar vein, if anybody's thinking of trying Google adwords, don't - they're a complete waste of money.

For B&H, I only get paid if you buy something. For PriceGrabber, I get paid a small amount if you click from the price comparisons to a merchant.
